As well as providing jewellery repairs at our workshop, we also offer a watch repair service through our own skilled craftsmen.

Our skilled advisors can talk you through our services, which include: maintenance of settings, ring sizing, repairs in all precious metals, polishing and re-finishing, pearl re-threading, part-exchange for items no longer feasible for guaranteed repair.

Design.

We offer a wide selection of designs and styles of jewellery, but if you can’t find what you’re looking for; or want to have something designed specifically for you; then our qualified advisors will help you design your own item, providing you with a bespoke piece of jewellery.

Engraving.

We provide engraving services for a variety of items, such as: jewellery, trophies and other gifts. Please enquire in-store for pricing and options.

Valuation.

Phillips offers a comprehensive valuation service through our qualified valuers, who are fellows of the gemological association.
